The ‘Quadricolor’ agave plant is a striking ornamental evergreen shrub. Growing in the form of colorful rosettes. These fierce-looking sword-shaped leaves are edged with tiny sharp teeth that redden with sun exposure.
If this wasn’t peculiar enough each one of these leaves is extravagantly striped with variations of yellow and green, closely resembling Christmas candies.

Agave ‘Quadricolor’ is native to coastal regions of Southern Texas and Northeastern Mexico.
Who is the Agave ‘Quadricolor’?
The ‘Quadricolor’s’ beautiful colors do not naturally occur in the wild. This plant is a cultivar that was specially bred through cross breeding of various ‘Agave univittata’ that showed genetic mutations in their foliage color. The result was this small striped agave.
