Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Each plant is carefully inspected, prepared, and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. Due to agricultural regulations, we are unable to ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

Some states may have restrictions on specific plant species.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No hidden fees will be added at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

We ship plants early in the week (Monday–Wednesday) to avoid delays over weekends.

Packaging & Plant Protection

We take extra care to ensure your plants arrive safely:

  • Secure packaging to prevent movement

  • Protective wrapping for leaves and stems

  • Moisture control for roots and soil

  • Temperature considerations during extreme weather

Weather & Seasonal Shipping

To protect plant health, we may delay shipping during extreme weather conditions (heat waves, freezing temperatures).

In some cases, we may include heat packs or insulation at no additional cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information is usually available within 24–48 hours.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages left unattended after delivery

  • Delays caused by carriers

If your package arrives damaged or your plant is not in good condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
